Dennis Kelleher

Dennis Kelleher is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for McDermott. Dennis has more than 30 years of financial and commercial leadership experience in the global oil and gas, refining and chemicals industries. He joined McDermott in 2021 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, leading finance, treasury, audit and information technology for the company. Most recently, Dennis served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CF Industries, a global nitrogen fertilizer manufacturing company. In this role he managed global finance, audit, information technology and capital allocation strategy and was responsible for investor and board engagement on strategic finance matters. Dennis is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s of business administration degree in finance from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s of science degree in accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
