Mildred Walsiyen

Mildred Walsiyen has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at McDermott International Inc. since 2018 and at CB&I since September 2016. Prior roles at CB&I include Human Resources Manager from August 2014 to August 2016 and Manager of the Global Resource Center for Global Talent Acquisition from February 2008 to August 2014. Mildred's earlier career includes serving as an Account and Operations Manager at Skyworld Business Merger Inc. from 2001 to 2008, focusing on Canada and Caribbean accounts, and as a Human Resources Supervisor at Supervalue Inc. from 1997 to 2007, concentrating on recruitment and external relations. Mildred began a career in student affairs as an assistant at Saint Louis University in 1995. Educationally, Mildred holds a Master in Business Administration from Ateneo Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Louis University (PH), along with a high school diploma from Saint Louis Girls' High School.
