Rosie Drumgoole has extensive experience in leadership and program development within community-focused organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Chicago Cares since May 2010, Rosie has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Program Officer and Senior Director, Programs. Responsibilities include aligning program implementation with the Community Investment Strategy, diversifying program offerings, and enhancing corporate social responsibility initiatives.
