Consuella Richardson has over three decades of experience in program management and compliance within various sectors of the City of Chicago. Currently serving as a Contract Manager at Chicago Commons Association since November 2019, Consuella previously held the position of Retired Director of Program Contract Compliance at the City of Chicago from January 2007 to October 2019. Early career roles included Supervising Program Auditor and Program Auditor at the City of Chicago Department of Human Services, as well as positions such as Inquiry Aide at the City of Chicago Police Department and Case Manager at Habilitative Systems Inc. Consuella began in the field as a Human Service Worker and Early Childhood Teacher/Case Manager at different organizations. Consuella holds a Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology and Family Studies from Saint Xavier University and studied at the University of Illinois - Jane Adams School of Social Work.
