Becky Rasor

Becky Rasor has over a decade of experience with the Chicago Cubs, starting as a Summer Coordinator in 2009 and advancing through various positions to their current role as Manager of Benefits. Rasor's roles have included Specialist and Coordinator positions focused on benefits, wellness, and associate engagement, as well as experience in ballpark operations and human resources. Prior to joining the Cubs, Rasor completed an internship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in 2006. Educationally, Rasor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePauw University, complemented by studies at Syracuse University Florence.
