Sam Abrams

Sam Abrams has extensive experience in baseball operations, currently serving as an Analyst in Pro Scouting for the Chicago Cubs since December 2018, after holding multiple positions within the organization such as Coordinator and Assistant in Pro Scouting and Baseball Operations Trainee. Prior to this, Sam worked with the Houston Astros as an Apprentice in Advance Information and interned at Inside Edge, Inc. as a Baseball Operations/Advanced Scouting Intern, where responsibilities included advanced game analysis and data collection for Major League Baseball. Sam began a career in finance as an Audit Associate at Grant Thornton LLP and as an Accounting Intern at Sokol & Sokol, CPA. Sam holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.
