Rita Kahn currently serves as the Executive Director at Chicago HOPES for Kids, a position held since August 2016. Previously, Kahn worked as the Development Manager at Oak Park River Forest Food Pantry from October 2012 to October 2015, where responsibilities included managing donor and client databases, conducting segmentation analysis, and planning funding appeals. Kahn's earlier experience includes roles as Vice President at Synovate, leading customer satisfaction studies for Allstate, and as Market Insight Manager at KitchenAid, where Kahn developed market research plans and brand initiatives. Kahn holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Dominican University, a Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
