Stan Waclaw

Stan Waclaw has over 20 years of experience in human resources consulting. Stan has worked in various roles, including Chief Administrative and Human Resources Officer at Chicago House and Social Service Agency, Human Resources Business Partner at Norvax, and Director of Organizational Development at Ann Taylor, Inc. Stan also has experience as a consultant and regional employee relations consultant. Currently, they are working as an HR Consultant at their own firm, Stan Waclaw Human Resources Consulting, since 2017.

Stan Waclaw attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
