Erika Salazar

Erika Salazar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in revenue analysis and accounting. Currently serving as a Revenue Analyst at the Chicago Housing Authority since October 2015, Erika prepares daily cash position reports, assists with month-end closes, and conducts financial analysis related to non-operating revenue. Previous experience includes roles as an Accountant, where Erika focused on journal entries and reconciliations, and Finance Specialist at Nan McKay and Associates, managing significant housing assistance payouts and improving reporting procedures. Erika's early career involved bookkeeping at a law firm and an internship with the City of Chicago's Department of Finance. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a double major in Finance and Real Estate from DePaul University.
