Rajendra Nikam

Rajendra Nikam is an experienced design manager with a comprehensive background in architecture and construction management. Since December 2015, Rajendra has been managing design and build projects at CHICAGO Maintenance and Construction Co. L.L.C, overseeing various key projects including the Etisalat Data Center and several Gems schools. With prior roles as Assistant Design Manager at Oberoi Realty and Project Architect at Punj Lloyd Limited, Rajendra has demonstrated expertise in design coordination, risk management, and value engineering. Rajendra holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
