Derek Rude

Derek Rude is currently the Director of Maintenance, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement at Chicago Meat Authority. Prior to this role, Derek held positions at Smithfield Foods as Superintendent and RTE Supervisor. Before joining Smithfield Foods, Derek worked as a Service Manager at Cheyenne Camping Center. Derek attended St. Ambrose University from 2004 to 2006.
