Anthony James

Anthony James has extensive experience in network engineering, currently serving as a Senior Network Engineer at Chicago Public Schools since December 2001. In this role, Anthony is responsible for designing and maintaining core network infrastructure and providing Tier 3 support for WAN and LAN connectivity across over 600 sites. Prior to this position, Anthony worked as a Network Engineer at Inner Circle Consulting, where responsibilities included designing and integrating WAN networks for Pepsi Americas, and at First Option Of Chicago, focusing on LAN and WAN installation and troubleshooting. Anthony’s career began in the US Army as a Communications System Circuit Controller, where duties involved supervising and maintaining communication systems. Anthony holds educational credentials from DeVry University, the U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer School, and the United States Army Signal School.
