Grant Varveris

Grant Varveris has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as School Principal and City Wide Principal at Chicago Public Schools since 2021. Previously, Varveris directed operations at Skinner Middle School in Denver Public Schools from 2011 to 2021, overseeing a staff of 96 and the education of over 650 students. Additional roles in Denver included Principal at University Park Elementary and Assistant Principal at William B. Roberts. Varveris started a career in education at Chicago Public Schools, progressing from Assistant Principal at Eberhart Elementary to an 8th-grade Literature teacher at James B. McPherson International Baccalaureate School. Varveris holds a Master of Arts in Educational Administration and Leadership from National Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
