Morgan Cassidy

Morgan Cassidy has a diverse background in operations and guest services, currently serving as Operations Manager for the Chicago Red Stars since February 2022, following roles as Sponsorship and Operations Coordinator and Operations Intern. Prior experience includes a position as Guest Services Associate with the Chicago Cubs and Sports Central Attendant at Orland Park Sportsplex. Morgan has also worked at Green Care Medical Group as a Patient Care Coordinator and has held various roles within Frankfort Square Park District, where responsibilities included supervision of the Splash Park and event organization. Earlier experience includes functioning as Front Desk Clerk & Proctor at the Office of Student Disabilities at the University of South Alabama and providing guest services at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. Morgan earned a Master of Science in Sports Management and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of South Alabama.
