Amanda DeShane

Executive Assistant To The Vice President Of Programs at Chicago Scholars

Amanda DeShane has a strong background in program assistance and leadership within various educational and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Programs at Chicago Scholars since May 2022, Amanda has also held the role of Program Assistant. Previous positions include Vice President and Treasurer of the LUC Anime Club and Vice President of Operations for Beta Alpha Psi. Additionally, Amanda has experience as an Assistant English Teacher and English Second Language Instructor at Chunqiu Education and as the Head Dorm Parent and Classroom Assistant at Shattuck-St. Mary's School. Amanda earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Loyola University Chicago, complemented by an educational foundation from Shattuck-St. Mary's School and Tower Hill School.
