Ben Maggard

Ben Maggard joined Chicago Title as a sales representative, and has been involved in real estate transactions for nearly a decade. He recently entered the title and escrow side of the industry when he joined Chicago Title Company’s National Commercial Sales division in Southern California. Ben is responsible for providing detailed and efficient service for his clients while adding financial value to the company. Ben is an outgoing individual who uses his determination to succeed in the title and escrow industry. He is very instinctive and efficient when it comes to his work ethic. Ben has always been a loyal employee who is respected and appreciated by his employers and co-workers.

Ben grew up in Orange County and attended Corona del Mar High School. He is an athletic individual who has played sports his entire life, and he received the player of the year award in baseball at CDMHS in 2005. The following year, he joined the baseball team at Chapman University where he attended college and graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ben currently resides in Costa Mesa where he enjoys surfing, playing golf, and spending time with his friends and family.
