Ryan Huntsman

Ryan Huntsman is a Vice President at Chicago Title Company out of the National Commercial Services office in Newport Beach, CA. With a demonstrated history of experience in multiple asset classes, the Huntsman Team specializes in complex, high-liability commercial transactions nationwide.

As the 3rd generation of settlement service providers in Southern California, Ryan has an impressive network of the industry’s top owners across the country. Ryan came back to Chicago Title Company in 2015 after Fidelity National Title acquired his escrow company. Ryan greatly enjoys the large national footprint and ancillary services available for his clients. Ryan’s success has helped him grow a team to further enhance his client support and network. Jaclyn Estabrook comes to the team with 15 years in the real estate industry and extensive experience in CRE marketing.

Ryan received a bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego in global communications with a minor in non-profit business management. Ryan has served on the board of directors of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Southern California, a faith-based organization dedicated to foster care and scholastic achievement, for the last 21 years and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board.

He is an avid golfer, surfer, and musician.
