Josh Schubkegel

Josh Schubkegel is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Trading Technology at Chicago Trading Company since January 2023, Josh previously held a series of senior technology positions, including Chief Technology Officer at Akuna Capital and Sandia Point, and Global Head of Client Technology at Virtu Financial. As a co-founder and CTO of REDI Technologies, Josh played a pivotal role in its strategic acquisition by Thomson Reuters, having initially joined as CTO at Goldman Sachs during the firm’s spin-out of REDI. Additional experience includes senior roles in trading technology at Bridgewater Associates and UBS Investment Bank. Josh Schubkegel holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
