Sarah Freishtat

Sarah Freishtat has extensive work experience in journalism. Sarah started their career in 2013 as a Multimedia Reporter at Anderson Independent Mail, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined the Chicago Tribune Media Group as a Local Reporter in Arlington Heights. After a few months, they transitioned to the position of Reporter at The Beacon-News, where they covered various beats. From 2018 to 2021, they served as an Enterprise Reporter at The Beacon-News. Currently, they are working as a Business Reporter at the Chicago Tribune Media Group.

Sarah Freishtat attended Northwestern University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Sarah'sstudies focused on Journalism and International Studies.
