Dwayne Williams Jr is the Executive Director and founder of the Gresham Community Center in Chicago, leading initiatives aimed at reducing disparities faced by minority citizens. As a Chicago Urban League Scholar, Dwayne participates in activities that promote equity for youth leaders. Dwayne's experience includes roles as a Corporate Summer Analyst and Human Resources Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., and as a Strategy Consultant at PwC, focusing on client experience and integrated marketing programs, respectively. Dwayne also served as a Consultant Mentee at Deloitte and a Human Resources Mentee at Barilla Group, gaining valuable insights into consulting and human resources management. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Howard University School of Business, having previously studied Human Resources Management at Loyola University Chicago.
