Liana Massey

Liana Massey is an experienced professional with a background in research and community service, currently serving as a UX Researcher Volunteer at Hope for Men since June 2023, where Liana recruits participants and performs thematic analysis of research interviews. Liana also holds a position as an Administrative Volunteer at Chicago Women's Health Center, digitizing resource listings and fundraising. In addition, Liana works as a Behavioral Research Coordinator II at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital, supporting health services research for complex pediatric cases. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at the University of Chicago Survey Lab and the Behavioral and Experimental Economics Research Group, where Liana conducted qualitative and quantitative research. Liana holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Gender and Sexuality Studies and Comparative Human Development from the University of Chicago.
