Elizabeth Ramírez has extensive work experience in various nonprofit organizations. Elizabeth is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Chicano Federation of San Diego County. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Impact Officer at Promises2Kids and Director of Philanthropic Operations. Elizabeth also worked at South Bay Community Services in roles such as Development Director, Intervention Coordinator, School Programs Coordinator, Youth and Family Development Counselor, and Intervention Specialist. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working as an Admissions Counselor at National University and as a Cal-SOAP School Resource Coordinator and Lead College Advisor at the University of California San Diego.
Elizabeth Ramírez earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from UC San Diego from 2005 to 2009. Elizabeth then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services at National University from 2010 to 2012.
