Benjamin Phillips

Benjamin Phillips is an experienced Information Governance Consultant currently supporting Chichester College Group with projects related to IT services and cyber essentials certification. As Head of Data at BIMM University, Benjamin serves as the Data Protection Officer, ensuring legal compliance and developing data protection policies. With a long-standing role as Director of Information Technology at Safety Belt Solutions Ltd, Benjamin oversees IT systems management and delivery. Previous positions at Chichester College Group include Data Protection Officer, where Benjamin managed compliance efforts during multiple college mergers, and various roles including Student Tutor and Data Protection Assistant. Benjamin has also served as a Student Panel Member with the Office for Students and was the Student Body President at Chichester College.
