Korri Jones

Korri Jones, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2002, they worked as a Shift Manager at Checkers Drive In Restaurants, where they focused on customer service and maintaining the smooth operation of the business. In 2009, they interned as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens, overseeing store operations and cash management. Korri then transitioned to the education sector, serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Knox County Schools and as an Adjunct Professor/Co-Instructor for Mechatronics STEM Bridge Course at Roane State Community College. In 2014, they became a Math Tutor/Math Instructor at Pellissippi State Community College, where they also contributed to cross-curricular STEM projects.

In 2015, Korri joined NavigatorMD, Inc. as a Business Analyst/Product Trainer, responsible for training clients on a healthcare analytic suite and ensuring the accuracy of data analysis. Korri then joined Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center in 2016, taking on roles such as Lead Analyst in Business Insights and later as the Sr. Lead Machine Learning Engineer in Enterprise Analytics. Their responsibilities included supporting various teams, developing data pipelines, and deploying advanced analytics solutions throughout the company. Currently, they hold the position of Advanced Analytic Operations (MLOps) Principal Program Lead, leading the MLOps program and driving innovation at Chick-fil-A. Overall, Korri Jones has a strong background in analytics, education, and customer service, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.

Korri Jones, MBA, has a strong educational background with a focus on business analytics. From 2014 to 2016, they attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Business Analytics. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2008, they completed their undergraduate education at Alcorn State University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.

In addition to their formal education, Korri Jones has also pursued further certifications to enhance their skills and expertise. In October 2018, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services. This certification demonstrates their knowledge and practical skills in cloud computing and serves as a valuable asset in the ever-evolving field of technology. More recently, in August 2023, they completed a certification course called "The Effective Facilitator" offered by Leadership Strategies. This certification showcases their proficiency in facilitating productive and efficient discussions, further highlighting their commitment to professional growth and development.
