Chief Executive Group is seeking an experienced business builder to help build and scale sales efforts for an exciting new business initiative with significant impact. The right candidate is passionate about helping already-successful leaders become even more effective by vetting and matching them with one of our world-class coaches.

A successful candidate is a dynamic and highly motivated executive who will be responsible for driving a sales pipeline and revenue growth by generating new business opportunities within our Executive Coaching channel. The Managing Director must have a strong track record in B2B relationship development. You should have a sales style that is consultative and assertive, yet professional and well-received by corporate executives. Agility in navigating multiple priorities and ability to quickly understand and address prospective client’s needs are essential for the role. This position reports to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their goals, needs, timeline, and decision-making process to determine their suitability as potential customers.

  2. Outreach: Cultivate leads through personalized emails, calls, and other communication channels to introduce our CEO Coaching services and create interest.

  3. Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects by providing relevant information, addressing their inquiries, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

  4. Solutions Development: Work with the Executive Coaching team to identify the CEO Coach who is the best fit for the client to further explore opportunities and drive the sales process forward.

  5. Sales: Manage the overall sales process, leveraging internal resources and collaborating with the CEO Coaches to deal closure.

  6. Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly to track progress and ensure efficient lead management.

  7. Collaboration: Develop and direct overall sales and product strategy and analyze and communicate which marketing actions are working best to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts to ensure alignment with the CEO Coaches and the Marketing team.

  8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, business trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance performance and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, and account management is required with a track record of meeting goals.

  • Experience selling to C-suite level executives.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

  • Strengths in consultative selling and long-term relationship building, including the ability to build rapport quickly and easily with diverse personalities.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

  • Strong networking skills to build on top of funnel efforts by marketing colleagues.

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively.

  • Ability to travel up to 10 times each year to attend events.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools like LinkedIn.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
