Tonia Cawood

Tonia Cawood is an experienced executive and leadership coach currently facilitating programmes at the Institute for Strategic Leadership since January 2024, focusing on strategic leadership development. As the founder and facilitator of THE COMPANY YOU KEEP since October 2018, Tonia specializes in accelerated leadership development and bespoke design programmes. Tonia serves as Manager for the New Zealand Olympic Foundation and holds the position of Independent Director and Deputy Chair at Chiefs Rugby Club. With extensive strategic and governance experience, Tonia has contributed to various organizations, including BlackGold2020 and Rowing New Zealand, and has held directorships at multiple entities. Tonia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors.
