Matheo Vergara

Matheo Vergara is a Business Management student at Abilene Christian University, expected to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Intern at Chike Nutrition since August 2021, Matheo has gained experience in HR, safety, production programs, and food safety, along with becoming a Strategic Material Expert through the use of inventory control systems like DataNinja. Previously, Matheo worked as a Student Services Lead at Abilene Christian University from June 2020 to January 2022, developing skills in human relations, federal financial aid, and project management across various campus departments. Earlier experience includes an Operator role at Texas Family Popcorn from June 2018 to August 2020, where Matheo focused on food safety and sanitation, inventory control, and understanding the challenges small businesses face.
