James Otieno

James Otieno has extensive experience in nonprofit governance and executive compensation, serving on the boards of multiple organizations since 2005, including roles as a Board Member and Co-Founder at PV Tech, Inc. and as a Member of the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County and CEN - Center for Excellence in Nonprofits. With a significant tenure as VP of Executive Compensation & Services at Hewlett-Packard and a strong background in human resources, Otieno has contributed to numerous nonprofits such as Silicon Valley Education Foundation and Children’s Health Council. Educationally, Otieno holds a Doctor of Humane Letters from Palo Alto University and advanced degrees from the University of Minnesota.
