Jessica Dunlap

Jessica Dunlap is an experienced advocacy coordinator currently working at Child Advocates since August 2021, where the focus is on supporting children in CPS and foster care. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions including Child and Adolescent Rehab Specialist at Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare and Residential Counselor at Arrow Child and Family Ministries, where crisis intervention and support for vulnerable youth were key responsibilities. Jessica’s earlier experience as a residential counselor at Summitview Child & Family Services involved working with youth suffering from behavioral and emotional disorders. Additionally, Jessica started a career in customer service and sales as a lead representative with Sacramento Floormasters. An academic background includes a Master of Social Work from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Victim Services from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of California, Davis.
