Kathleen Welch-Torres

Kathleen Welch-Torres currently serves as the President and CEO of the Child and Family Guidance Center (CFGC), a position held since April 2022, and previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at the same organization. Prior to these leadership roles, Kathleen was a Director at CFGC. Kathleen earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, where studies were completed from 1984 to 1989, and holds a B.A. in Psychology from Yale University, obtained from 1980 to 1984.
