Cathy Wague

Cathy Wague, PMP has a strong background in information technology and education. Cathy began their career as a Technology Integration Specialist at Friendship Public Charter School in 1999, where they worked until 2006. Cathy then joined Arlington Public Schools as an Instructional Technology Coordinator from 2006 to 2012. In 2011, Cathy became the Director of Application Development at Child Care Aware(R) of America, and later transitioned to Deputy Chief of Information Technology in 2013. In these roles, they directed various IT operations, including computer operations, technical support, systems analysis, programming, and establishing technical priorities and standards. Cathy's experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in managing and leading IT projects.

Cathy Wague, PMP, holds a Master's degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Strayer University-Maryland, from 1996 to 1999.

In addition to their academic achievements, Cathy Wague also has acquired several certifications. Cathy is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, an achievement they obtained in February 2012. Cathy also holds a certification in K-12 Technology Education from the Virginia Department of Education, although the completion dates are not provided.
