Jillian Ritter

Jillian Ritter is a seasoned early childhood education professional with extensive experience in data analysis and program development. Currently serving as a Data Analyst and Senior Early Childhood Systems/Data Analyst at Child Care Aware of America since January 2011, Jillian coordinates state efforts to enhance child care quality for military families and collaborates with various stakeholders. Previous positions include Subject Matter Expert roles at Rasmussen College and UniversityNow, Inc., where courses on early childhood education were developed. Additional experience includes serving as a Family Partnership Coordinator at Family Development Services, Inc., and as a Child Development Specialist at EightCAP, Inc. Jillian holds a Master of Arts in Youth Development from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Child Development from Central Michigan University.
