Crystal Pellom

Crystal Pellom, MA, LPC, LCMHC is the Manager of National Training. Ms. Pellom supports training across all the Child First program’s affiliate sites, facilitating and co-facilitating trainings focused on developing the Child First program practitioners’ knowledge and understanding of the model to support implementation with fidelity. Ms. Pellom is member of Child First and NSO initiatives focused on enhancing the Child First model, furthering our diversity, equity, inclusion, and anti-oppression work, and supporting the community at the National Service Office. Prior to joining the NSO, Ms. Pellom held positions at Coastal Horizons, a Child First affiliate site in North Carolina, as the Director for Equity and Inclusion, a Child First Clinical Program Supervisor, and a Child First Clinician and Developmental Specialist.
