Debbie Wagers is an experienced professional in the field of child life, with a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration/Management. Debbie has worked in various roles at organizations such as Boys Town National Research Hospital, Nebraska Medicine, and Children's Hospital & Medical Center - Omaha. Debbie is also the creator of the ONE VOICE approach, a program designed to create a more emotionally safe environment for children and families during medical procedures. Additionally, Debbie is involved in Child Life Disaster Relief and Reimagine Well, focusing on empowering children and families in crises through innovative approaches.
