Jessica Strode

Jessica Strode is an experienced legal and welfare professional with a background in providing advice and support to financially vulnerable individuals. Currently serving as a Judicial Review Project Worker at Child Poverty Action Group UK since January 2019, Jessica focuses on enhancing the use of Judicial Review within the advice sector. Previous roles include Financial Inclusion Adviser at Phoenix Community Housing, where Jessica provided welfare benefits and debt advice, and Money Advice Supervisor at Lewisham Citizens Advice Bureau, overseeing debt and income maximization services. Jessica's educational background includes a Master's degree in Legal Practice and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Westminster, as well as a Law degree from The University of Manchester. Additionally, experience includes volunteer work at Lambeth Law Centre and management of a charity shop for Cancer Research UK.
