Jaymes Sime currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Child Saving Institute, a role held since October 2021, where the organization focuses on addressing the evolving needs of children and families in the Omaha area. Prior to this position, Jaymes was the Executive Director at MICAH House, overseeing a 24-hour shelter and managing a $1.8 million budget from November 2015 to October 2021. Jaymes has also held various roles, including Community Outreach Coordinator and In Home Family Services Consultant at Boys Town, where responsibilities included community relationship building and in-home interventions. Jaymes began a career at the Iowa Department of Human Services as a Youth Services Worker, following educational credentials from the University of Northern Iowa and South University, culminating in a Master's degree in Public Administration.
