Nicky Batt

Nicky Batt has a comprehensive work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Starting in 2003, Nicky held various positions at ERM, including Partner and Regional HR/OD Director, Partner and Global Learning and Development Director, and Regional HR/OD Director. From 2013 to 2014, Nicky worked as an Independent HR/OD Professional at Blyss Personnel. In 2014, Nicky served as the Executive General Manager of People and Culture at The Whiddon Group. Nicky then joined Technocrat in 2015 as an HR Manager and Production Team Manager. From 2016 to 2019, Nicky worked at SLR Consulting as the Asia Pacific HR Manager. Nicky then became the Human Resources Manager at Halliday Engineering Pty Ltd from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, Nicky served as the Senior Business Partner of People and Culture at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Following that, Nicky held the position of People Director, Oceania at HKA from 2021 to 2023. Currently, Nicky holds the role of Head of People and Culture at ChildFund Australia, starting in February 2023.

Nicky Batt holds a Master of Commerce (Honors), Bachelor of Commerce, and LLB in Human Resources and Strategic Planning from the University of Canterbury.
