Chelsey Jade Herring

Chelsey Jade Kostka currently serves as Program Associate, Peer Learning Court Program Coordinator, and Change Leader Associate at Children and Family Futures, a national nonprofit organization focused on consulting and strategic planning for substance use treatment and child welfare. Prior experience includes roles as a Paralegal at Crowell & Moring LLP and Higbee & Associates, Associate Investigator at Nicole Miller & Associates, and Investigative Paralegal/Records Analyst at SCHUMANN/ROSENBERG. Additional experience includes hospitality at The Rooftop Lounge and a receptionist position at Donna West Dermatology. Chelsey earned a Master’s degree in Legal and Forensic Psychology from UC Irvine and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Behavior/Criminology, Law, & Society, as well as an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Saddleback College.
