Emily Naylor

Emily Naylor is a dedicated professional in the field of social work with experience as a Functional Family Therapist at Children & Families First since February 2022, where a case load of high-risk families is managed through a strong therapeutic alliance and evidence-based skills. Prior to this role, Emily served as a Foster Care, Adoption, & ICPC Caseworker at Children's Choice, Inc. from November 2017 to January 2022, providing psychoeducation, therapeutic interventions, and community referrals to support children's transition out of foster care. Additionally, experience includes coordinating camp activities and training staff at Pecometh Camp & Retreat Ministries from June 2013 to September 2018. Emily holds a Master of Social Work from Delaware State University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Science from Messiah University.
