Billie Jenkins

Billie Jenkins serves as the Communications and Fundraising Manager at Children North East since August 2021, responsible for a communications strategy that promotes the organization's impact and supports its mission for the well-being of children. Additionally, Billie holds the position of Steering Group Chair at Changing Relations C.I.C. since December 2019, where efforts focus on integrating community voices into discussions on gender equality and healthy relationships. Billie has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for Gender and Entrepreneurship North East until October 2023, addressing the intersection of gender and entrepreneurship. Previous experience includes roles at PNE Group in brand development and communications, as well as positions at Ladhar Group, Corinne&, Paul McAneary Architects, and Soul Bay Press, each showcasing expertise in management, marketing, and community engagement. Billie holds a BA in English Literature and Philosophy from the University of York, and previous educational credentials include a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design from the University of the Arts London.
