Maria Joukov

Maria Joukov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the Strategic Programs Lead at Authentic8 since January 2023, Maria manages full lifecycle engagements with federal customers and achieved significant sales milestones, including closing the second largest deal in the company's history. Simultaneously, Maria acts as a Senior Strategic Advisor to the Children of Armenia Fund, providing guidance on strategic initiatives and sustainability. As the Founder and CEO of Fides Services, LLC, a Woman-Owned Small Business, Maria leads operations in executive consulting and geospatial analysis. Past experience includes co-founding and leading inq, a successful brand in the beauty and wellness industry, and serving as a Team Lead for the United States Department of Defense, where Maria supported military operations in Afghanistan. Maria holds a BSFS in International Political Economy from Georgetown University and an MA in Strategic Security Studies from the National Defense University.
