Courtney Linsey is an experienced youth pastor and program director with a strong background in education, community development, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Youth Pastor at Fellowship Church Monrovia since January 2024 and as the Program Director for Harambee Ministries since September 2020, Courtney leads strategic planning and execution of initiatives that empower individuals and communities. Additionally, Courtney plays multiple roles within Harambee Ministries, including Youth Director and B.E.E. Program Advocate Lead, where responsibilities encompass curriculum creation and staff engagement. As a seasoned Ella Baker Trainer for the Children's Defense Fund, Courtney contributes to training program staff for CDF Freedom Schools. Previous experience includes founding BUILD Apparel, serving as an elementary school teacher, and working as a production assistant at Black Entertainment Television. Courtney holds a Master of Education from Pacific Oaks College and multiple Bachelor's degrees in Organizational Leadership.
