Jake Hosterman

Jake Hosterman is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in managing day-to-day operations across various dental offices and service industries. Currently serving as the Operations Manager at Children's Happy Teeth & Happy Braces since February 2024, Jake oversees scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination, while also assisting in recruiting and training over 30 non-clinical employees and 15 rotating clinicians. Prior to this role, Jake managed Marina Smiles Dentistry at Pacific Dental Services from May 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included recruiting, hiring, and managing a diverse team. With additional experience in staffing, branch management, and customer service roles at well-known companies, Jake possesses a solid expertise in workforce management and operational efficiency. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in ESHE/Sports Medicine from Radford University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Virginia Western Community College.
