Mark Steiman

Mark Steiman has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mark served as the Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at CHOC Children's, a prominent pediatric healthcare network. Prior to that, they held the position of COO, Chief Experience Officer at Newport Orthopedic Institute, the largest orthopedic and musculoskeletal group in coastal Orange County. Mark also worked as an Executive Consultant at ECS Consulting, providing HR consulting and coaching services to organizations. Additionally, they served as the Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, and SVP HR at Kinecta Federal Credit Union, where they led community and government relations as well as managed HR. Mark Steiman also worked at Washington Mutual Bank as the FVP, Human Resources Leader | Banking Channel Manager, managing a team and improving customer service. Mark started their career at UnitedHealth Care and Wells Fargo, where they held roles in human resources.

Mark Steiman holds a Masters degree in Consumer Affairs, Health and Human Services, and Regulatory Compliance from California State University, Long Beach, which they completed from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Organizational Development from the same university, from 1981 to 1986. In addition to their academic qualifications, Mark has also completed a certification titled "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
