Sharon Tyler-Jackson

Sharon Tyler-Jackson, CPC, CPCO, currently serves as the Manager of Coding Compliance and Education at CHOC Children's, a position held since March 2020. With extensive experience in coding and compliance, Sharon has previously managed coding revenue cycle operations at PMG Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and acted as the Education Director at the Professional Medical Coders Institute. Roles at City of Hope Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente included managing compliance programs and supervising coding staff, while earlier positions involved leadership in coding operations across various healthcare organizations, including U.S. HealthWorks and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Sharon's educational qualifications include certifications from the American Health Information Management Association and the American Academy of Professional Coders.
