Antara Banerjee

Antara Banerjee has a diverse work experience spanning various healthcare organizations. Antara started their career as a Training and Development Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of Los Angeles in 2002. In 2005, they worked as an Administrative Resident at Texas Health Resources. From 2006 to 2008, they held roles as a Manager of Planning and a Site Administrator at Children's Medical Center, where they managed a multi-specialty clinic and supervised a team of clinical and administrative staff.

In 2009, Antara joined Carondelet Health Network as the Director of Strategic Management and Market Development. There, they developed a strategic direction for a 400-bed hospital campus and led the analysis and implementation of converting a Joint-Venture Cardiac and Vascular hospital to a not-for-profit status.
