Debra Faller

Debra Faller has extensive experience in healthcare management, primarily within laboratory services. As Genome Center Operations Manager and Manager of Outreach Laboratory Services at Children's Mercy Hospital from 2002 to 2024, Debra oversaw quality improvement, education, reference laboratory testing, and marketing outreach. Prior to this role, Debra served as General Manager at Regional Laboratory Alliance, facilitating collaboration among network members and managing care contracts. Debra’s career also includes a role as Healthcare Consultant at Hill & Associates, focusing on OSHA and CLIA regulations, and several positions at Lewis Gale Clinic, culminating as Director of Compliance & Safety. Debra holds an MBA in Business Administration from Averett University and a BS in Medical Technology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
