Senior Director, Web And Digital Marketing at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Briana Willcockson Ayer has a diverse work experience in various roles within the non-profit sector. Briana started their career as a Marketing/Admissions Intern at Mount Marty College in 2012, where they focused on ensuring consistent and effective messaging to potential students. In 2013, they worked as a Development Intern at Children's Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis, where they assisted with fundraising campaigns, maintained the organization's website, and contributed to the overall marketing strategy.

Briana then joined Children's Miracle Network Hospitals in 2014 and held multiple roles over the years. As Manager, Youth Marketing, they supported and grew High School Dance Marathon programs across the country, facilitated the establishment of new independent High School Dance Marathons, and advised collegiate Dance Marathon Programs. Briana also worked with national Greek partners to implement signature philanthropy events.

In their role as Senior Manager, Dance Marathon, they focused on strategic growth, resource development, and training for a $34M program. Briana led the Dance Marathon Leadership Conference and fostered relationships with corporate partners. As Senior Manager, Salesforce Operations, they played a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision for Salesforce implementation and collaboratively worked with IT and other teams.

In their most recent role as Director, Salesforce Operations, they served as the Project Manager for the Salesforce platform, created trainings and documentation for enhanced user experience, and translated analytics into meaningful data visualization.

At the beginning of their career, Briana also gained experience as a Proctor/Production Assistant at the 560 Music Center, where they were responsible for setup and event organization.

Briana Willcockson Ayer completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing, with a minor in Writing, and a field of study in Spanish at Washington University in St. Louis from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Yankton High School from 2005 to 2010, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
