Andrew Pasini

Andrew Pasini has a strong background in human resources, with experience spanning several industries. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at the Children's Museum of Denver at Marsico Campus. Prior to this role, they worked as a Human Capital Partner at the American Institutes for Research. From 2018 to 2021, Andrew was the Head of Human Resources at Kimetrica, where they also served as a Human Resources Generalist in 2018. Before that, they worked at the Tennyson Center for Children as the Director of Human Resources and later as the Human Resources Manager. Andrew has also held positions such as Bilingual Field Trainer at Nash Finch Company, Bilingual Human Resources Manager at LMS Logistics, Bilingual Recruiter at Randstad USA, and Mission Coordinator at the Archdiocese of Denver. Throughout their career, Andrew has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR operations management.

Andrew Pasini earned a Masters of Education in Human Resource Development from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1997 to 1999. Andrew also obtained several certifications, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn in October 2022, "Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®)" from HRCI in August 2021, and "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in March 2018.
