Janeth Philhower

Janeth Philhower, MBA has extensive experience in human resources management. Janeth most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at the Children's Museum Houston. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Human Resources Services at Educational Resource Systems Inc. and as an HR Consultant and Operations Human Resources Manager at Mercer County Community College and LSC Communications.

Janeth has also held various HR management roles at companies such as Wallenius Wilhelmsen Ocean & Solutions, ERICKSON LIVING MANAGEMENT, LLC, Global Industrial a Systemax Company and Zodiac Air Space, Solar Turbines, Atlantic Coffee Solutions, UTMB (Sodexo) and TPI, and Sysco.

Throughout their career, Janeth has been responsible for full cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance with employment laws, talent development, and the implementation of strategic HR initiatives. Janeth has also demonstrated expertise in areas such as labor relations, organizational development, and benefits administration.
